Dear prospect, Hi, this is Coach Bruce and I am President of the South Florida Baseball School and I am on the Board of Directors and Florida state representative for ScorecardAthletics.com, a ranking system for young baseball players across the America. What we have developed is a state by state, age group ranking system for players ages 11-18, allowing them to create a track record with us to build a solid foundation for their future college and pro careers! The good part about it is, it’s so easy! Your first step to getting ranked is simply paying a $60 enrollment fee through our website. You must pay $60 annually in order to maintain your ranking with Scorecard Athletics. Well how do I actually get ranked you may ask? After you enroll, you will then receive a welcome packet that describes how you can begin your journey with us, first by submitting a statistical scorecard from your team. These statistics must be turned in for verification no later than July 11th, 2011 for players 11-16, and May 15th, 2011 for players 17 and 18. After validating and evaluating every player’s stat sheet, Scorecard Athletics will rank each player by their state and age group. We will then take the top 25% of each state and invite them to a showcase tournament in Vero Beach, Florida! We will have our board of directors there along with professional and college level evaluators for the players. We will then re-evaluate all of the players and post another ranking after the showcase. This will happen throughout the course of every year, allowing for players to have a track record with video, 60 yard dash time, stats, evaluation summaries, the list goes on! What about the other 75% that enrolled you may ask who weren’t invited? We will actually be hosting showcase tournaments for them as well, so that everybody is seen and evaluated, giving each player exactly what they’re looking for… an opportunity!
